Milana Studios offers a 14-day return window for all premium apparel, ensuring every piece meets our standards of quality and fit. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Milana Studios packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and tags are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
